High Protein Snack Boxes

Snack Box Ingredients

  • Sliced apples, strawberries, yogurt for dipping, cheddar cheese cubes & choice of protein meat/peanut butter 

  • Sliced cucumbers, bell pepper, baby carrots and hummus 

  • Blueberries & strawberries with a hard boiled egg 

  • Cashews/mixed nuts, sliced cucumbers, hard boiled egg

Other Snack Ideas

  • Greek Yogurt with Raspberries and Honey (one serving sized yogurt with one cup raspberries and 1⁄2 tsp honey) 

  • Grapes and Walnuts (one cup grapes and handful of walnuts) 

  • Oatmeal and Blueberries (packet of plain, microwaveable oatmeal topped with one cup fresh or frozen blueberries) 

  • Apple slices and cheese (one cup sliced apple and 1⁄4 cup of cubed sharp cheddar) 

  • Pear slices with almond butter (one pear sliced and side of 1 Tbsp of almond butter) 

  • Turkey rolls (roll up five slices of turkey with one cup of sliced red peppers and 2 tsp mustard) 

  • Hardboiled Eggs (prep a bunch of hardboiled eggs at once - store them in refrigerator for a quick hunger fix) 

  • Celery with peanut butter and raisins

  • Dark Chocolate and hand full of Almonds
