Dressing with Anti Inflammatory Properties
Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon tumeric
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon honey or real maple syrup
Directions
Mix the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, turmeric, and ground ginger.
To enhance the flavor, you can add a bit of honey or real maple syrup for sweetness.
