Supplements as cheat meals

Things to consider

On the meals section, we’ve touched upon supplements as a potential meal, and although, I am not a big fan of them, they have some advantages; For starters, many of us generate a feeling of hunger especially during the late hours and it’s especially essential that we attempt to suppress those feelings as much as possible, but supplements can aid in craving because they often contain little to no calories.

Supplements are great because they don’t require a great deal of time and effort to make and can be a great source of nutrients and fast digesting to the cellular level; some of my colleagues take supplements about 30-60 minutes prior to a workout session that the digesting and absorption process will be ready for his same workout; I never found benefits to that extent, but for some individuals, supplements may play an important role.

Supplements as cheat meals does not have to be a dinner only option; they can be consumed at any time, but I recommend them as a potential late meal snack or dinner substitute to keep you from bad choices. I would also take supplements as a once in a while choice and not an everyday substitute because you still want to gain nutrients from wholesome foods, and supplements are specific substitutes; mix up your cheat meals, especially during the very late hours passed 8pm should you need to eat anything.
