Sample Roughage Meal 1

It is now time to keep it light; later in the day meals call for minimal consumption. Try consuming Romaine Lettuce, Cabbage, Spinach, and other green leafy vegetables, and include if you wish some forms of protein such as chicken or turkey breasts, fish, or lean beef with your choice of dressing; however, if possible, please choose the leanest dressing such as a vinaigrette, honey mustard, and others that are low in fat, sugar and sodium.

Dinner Meal Sample 2

Use your imagination of how you wish to customize your evening meals, but be wise and keep in mind, keep it light! As an alternative to salads, almonds, nuts, or other whole grains along with some berries such as blueberries or cherries would be a great choice for dinner meals; remember, dinners DO NOT have to be these massive entrees depicted in commercials or tv ads. During our evening meals we’re eating as light as possible enough to keep hunger or cravings at bay.

As you consume more roughage, you will also begin to feel better in your gut as you begin the following morning over time. Be creative in choosing your evening meals. Having salad every day can be boring excessive, and annoying for some of you; other folks can consume salads all day every day. Each individual has their preferences. One sandwich wrap or tofu are excellent examples of alternatives to roughage meals.
