Second meal… lunch

Example lunch meals:

There are infinite combinations of organic lunch meals; the challenge is making sure the quantities are more than enough for satisfaction, but almost never underfeed the body as later in the day consumption will be more desired. The goal is to consume less during the evening hours, but now lunchtime is a moment where we need to have our heaviest meals because we’re still active and there is plenty of time to burn much of it because it’s mid-day. Examples of some heavy meals during the day are cheese pizza, pasta, rice and lean steak, rice and beans with either fish, chicken or steak; there are literally all sorts of healthy combinations you can have without worrying too much about being too strict because again, it’s the middle of the day.

Secondary lunch meals:

Eat as much as you can during the day; slowly but surely, you will be accustomed to this new pattern, and if you’re pressed for time, consider some healthy choice options from just about any either fast food restaurants or sit and dine locations. Burgers are still a great choice, but not everyday and try to avoid as much as possible french-fries and limit other fried meals and greasy delicacies such as fettuccini alfredo; the goal is to once in a while have some type of unhealthy meal to keep the mind and body from always craving these meals, and consuming during the middle of the day as opposed to the evening hours will help keep your cholesterol levels at bay too because, again, will be continue to be active. Remember the key phrase, once in a while or every other week should be fine and during mid-day for an occasional bad meal.

Mid-day meal options 3:

Make lunch count! Indulge yourself with lunch meals enough that make dinner meals feel non existent! Continue looking for a bit in which the serving sizes are quite generous. If you have the time, cook your own meals. Lasagna is a great possibility as long as it’s cooked with minimum oils, butter or nonfat cottage cheese. Other options you may crave are Chili, Skewers, Sloppy Joes, and other large meals. Remember, the idea is to indulge and lunch time is the right time between the hours of 11am until 3pm. Most customary hours for lunch are from 11:30am to 1:30pm, but I believe in prolonging that time frame so that we do not look to heavier meals passed 5pm.
