Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 clove minced garlic

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • salt and pepper

  • Additional items (if desired) - dash of garlic powder/dash of onion powder/ 1 tbsp

  • lime or lemon juice

Directions

  1. Combine the balsamic vinegar with the Dijon mustard and minced garlic in a jar with lid

  2. Slowly add the olive oil while continuing to stir/shake the mixture.

  3. Season with a bit of salt and pepper prior to serving to give the flavor a quick boost.
