Stage Four: As Needed
If you have reached this stage, then you hit a monumental milestone and congratulations on your success! However, some of you may still wish to carry on the mission and achieve greater results! Well, that is what WBG is designed to do……. aid you in achieving milestones!
Physique
As a precaution, I am sure most of you have seen what a person looks like when they are training for a body building contest, and if not, try conducting searches for body building training and you’ll see a lot of physiques, and of all sorts; however, if being like those athletes whom many are training for a show or competing on stage may not be in your agenda, THE LOOK and FEEL might be. If appearance is the goal, you are in the correct phase, and you’re about to do it (train) naturally-no steroids, supplements, and so on. Your efforts will be 100% natural and clean! I know this because I have been training naturally for almost four decades!
In this sector, you must evaluate the last 3 stages, and make adjustments in the cardio and weight training area mostly: all other areas should remain the same. Your sleep minimums should still be 7 hours, but ideally 8 to 9 hours is preferable as the amount of energy expenditure is greater. Thus, the body requires extra recuperation. However, everyone is different-one individual can cope with just 8 hours whereas others need that extra hour or so.
Making Ongoing Adjustments
Cardio Adjustments-increase your cardio performance from 30-45 minutes to 45-60 minutes; reframe from conducting cardio in the evening. Seize all consumption passed 6pm unless it’s merely salad with very little to no dressing. Increase your water consumption from 1 gallon to 1-2 gallons per day. These are extreme measures. So, in order to achieve extreme results, drastic changes are essential.
As with the previous phases, the final state also needs to be followed 4-8 weeks. Make adjustments depending on appearance and how you feel. If you feel depleted, add a little more carbs into your diet-specifying the exact amount is a tricky observation because the results can vary from person to person. So it’s best to go by how you look and feel making slight changes, we don’t want to overdue it!
