Ward off Infections

Because our main goal is to protect you, we must mention all avenues that aid in the benefits of humanity; here we illustrate as many crucial organic foods that help the body and mind be infection-free. Many foods are rich in benefits! In fact, there are way too many to list and describe here; so we will describe several of the most essential nutrients we feel are necessary, especially for the recovery process. I will also mention that many of these nutrients I have not tried or heard of, but that does not mean that they are NOT good for us. However, several of my healthiest friends and family members agree that these foods are our champions of defense:

Tempeh is a bread or cake like nutrient made from cooked fermented soybeans, and it provides high fiber, protein and help stimulate the immune system to fight off infections.

Turmeric is an orange type of ginger and food additive; it fights off inflammation, muscle soreness after exercise, provides kidney health and helps reduce anxiety.

Kadha is a tea used to fight off colds and flu and help boost your immune system; they are made up of herbs and spices.

Green Smoothie is made up of leafy greens found in spinach, kale, arugula, and microgreens with a base like liquid water. Its benefits stem from aiding the body in boosting your immune system and providing vitamins and minerals such as A, C, and K, and zinc, which keeps the body healthy.

Kefir is one drink I transitioned to recently after a few colleagues mentioned it’s benefits which they state feeds the good bacteria in your gut microbiome or microorganisms that live throughout your digestive system. Kefir consists of bacteria, yeast, and fermented milk. Kefir is an excellent source of Calcium, aids in lowering cholesterol, and a major source of overall bone health.

More powerful agents!

Because there are so many more, our goal is to continuously add more of these power agents that help protect us. We will keep you posted!
