Doctor/Physical Check

With doctors visits, we explore the importance of those appointments, and why meeting with your doctor may not only save your life, but also help pinpoint areas, you may need improvement even though you may disagree. Most men are especially notorious for not seeing doctors even when there may be a health concern. Never wait to till there’s a hunch that something doesn’t feel right as most of the time, it’s often too late!

Doctor Approval

It is imperative that we check with the doctors to ensure that we are physically fit or capable of performing exercises because there may be a condition or more that would create issues if we don’t make a health analysis or diagnosis.

Training with health conditions

For those of us who do have a condition be it diabetes, arthritis, or any ailment that is subject to concerns, it’s equally imperative to identify what motions, activities, or exercises to avoid in order to prevent matters from getting worse.

Too old or too young

There are long studies that suggests training is good and bad for those of us whom are either younger than 18 years of age or those of us beyond 55. A doctor’s check up on a regular bases is highly recommended, but once cleared, light training, especially in the early stages is imperative to avoid injury; once a short period of about 3-6 months is established, depending on the person, a steady and low to moderate training plan should not be exceeded because of the delicacy of the body during in these age groups. Again, working with a physician, especially one that specializes on age groups is highly recommended for best results.
