Different Body Structures
Just as with different likes and dislikes, what works for some may not work for others; we are comprised in our own unique structure; so, if someone is attempting to categorize you with everyone else, chances are, and you may have noticed, the observation does not fit well with both your mental and physical state of being.
The highest metabolism
Those of us with ectomorph physiques possess a great deal of leanness or some might say skinniness accompanied by a high metabolism which often means these folks can burn through fat faster than heavier individuals. The typical goal for those in this category is often to gain bulk to appear more normal or muscular even though they may already naturally possess a great deal of strength. However, as with most, every person varies in terms of desires and ability possessions.
Obese
A body showcasing obvious chubbiness could be interpreted as obese and more so an endomorph; for those of us in this body type it is complex to move about for some, but one of the most important aspects is that the metabolism is slow and therefore unable to burn as much fat as someone in the ectomorph body styles.
Ideal structure!
The most perfect body type is the mesomorph; this structure carries a combination of very little fat and yet has some degree of muscles and thinness. Most men would appreciate this make up.
Somatotypes with women
What is your body type?
Women and body types:
There is a theory that has been around for decades that states: women tend to lose weight best or fastest if they are of ectomorph body styles, but not so much if they possess a mesomorph and even more so endomorph physique. These claims state mesomorph and endomorphs must work harder to achieve what’s appears to be easier efforts by ectomorphs. The reality is, the theory is flawed because other factors such as stress, consumption, rest, and other reasons are not taken into account in order to make such concrete judgements.
Concrete Evidence:
Although ectomorphs, mesomorphs, and endomorphs must engage in exercise to stay fit, for ultimate results, it’s best to follow a sensible plan that you can follow; the plan can therefore be gradually increased to a more intense regimen and finally, level off at that plan for long term results be it women or men. As you maintain your regimen, and over time (for periods of 4 months or longer) you begin seeing results, and thus conclude that the body-type theory is merely a term and that everyone regardless of body types can achieve their ultimate goal. However, the action plan must consider other factors and not just cardio or/and weight training.
